I got great value for my money at Ce Napfeny Hotel. The room was quiet and had a new air conditioner that worked perfectly. The location was excellent, just 150 meters from the shore and right by the walking street with restaurants and bars. The staff was professional and friendly.

Furthermore, the WiFi connection in the rooms is weak and forces guests to go out to common areas to access the internet.
